Our Vision
Throughout my entire career, I have helped thousands of injured individuals navigate the complexities of personal injury and workers compensation cases. In fact, I spent 12 years at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Nevada, and of those 12 years I spent 6 as one of the partners. However, over time I started to see that large injury law firms were losing the personal connection to their clients. Clients became just a number. The days when you actually knew your client personally, knew their family personally, knew their likes and dislikes, knew what made them tick, were gone. As a result, the quality of representation that personal injury lawyers provided started to decline because, how are you supposed to zealously advocate for someone that is just a number on a page? On the contrary, if you really know that person, and care for them, you will fight that much harder to protect their interests.
It was with that framework in mind that I founded Muaina Injury Law, where our motto is "making personal injury law, personal again." We want each of our clients to feel like they have a personal connection with their lawyer, someone that they can reach out to on their cell phone, day or night, and have someone there to advise them. We want the whole experience to feel more personal. Our hope is that you will leave our office feeling like you were not just represented by any run-of-the-mill lawyer, but by someone you can now call a good friend and confidant.

Shaun K. Muaina
Attorney specializing in personal injury and workers compensation
Shaun is the founder of Muaina Injury Law. He was born in Provo, Utah, raised in Henderson, Nevada, and is a graduate of Basic High School. He has called Southern Nevada his home for almost his entire life. He attended Brigham Young University on an academic and athletic scholarship where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Shaun spent two years living in Argentina while serving a mission for his church.

Upon graduation from BYU, Shaun returned to Nevada and earned his Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2012. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kent J. Dawson in the United States District Court and was published in the Nevada Gaming Lawyer Magazine.

For his entire career, Shaun has been helping people who have been injured. Most recently, Shaun was a partner for six years at one of Nevada's most successful personal injury law firms where he obtained tens of millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.
He has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for several years now, as well as a Nevada Business: Legal Elite and America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys.

Shaun's practice includes all aspects of personal injury, including but not limited to, car and truck accidents, slip and falls, dangerous products, dog bites, assaults, etc. He also has a large workers compensation practice and has a specific niche for first responders.

In his spare time, Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing sports, riding side-by-sides, and spending time outdoors. He is also fluent in Spanish.
